ILLUSTRATION

ART SUPPLIES

  • I use Procreate for all my digital illustrations and work on an iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil 2.

  • The brushes I use most often in Procreate are my own. I create most of the digital brushes I use. My favourite one is the Colour Pencil Brush, which is available to download here.

  • These are supplies that I like using in my sketchbooks:

    • 2B or HB pencils - I usually use Staedtler

    • Prismacolor Premier Coloured Pencils

    • Royal Watercolour Pencils

    • Copic Alcohol markers

  • My favourite one is the square sketch album from the Moleskine Art Collection.

  • As of right now, I do not yet offer tutorials or courses, but it is something I’m considering in the future. I will let you know in my newsletter if I ever do.

SHOP & PRODUCTS

  • My prints are printed in my own studio on fine at paper.

  • Yes, I do. I print my stickers on matte vinyl sticker paper, then laminate them to make them water-resistant. They are cut with a Cricut Explore Air 2 machine.

SHIPPING

  • Yes, I currently ship to most countries worldwide from Canada.

    International orders are sent with standard Canada Post shipping. Tracked shipping is also available as an option.

    All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    Please be aware of import fees that may apply.

  • I aim to ship within 3-5 business days from your order date. However, during busy periods, this may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience and support.

    Delivery times:

    • Domestic (Canada): 1-3 business days after shipping

    • International orders: 5-12 business days after shipping

    If your order hasn't arrived after the times below, please contact me:

    • Canada and the U.S.: 20 business days after the dispatch date.

    • International: 30 business days after the dispatch date.

  • Tracked shipping is optional but highly recommended. If you would like a tracking number with your order, then please select the Tracked option at checkout.

  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please send an email to hello@joanniestudio.ca with your order number as soon as possible.

  • International fees may apply. Please be aware of your country’s fees and taxes before placing an order.

    As a small business, I am not responsible for VAT charges or customs fees. International customers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes/duties incurred upon delivery of goods.

  • Orders containing pre-order products will ship in the period specified on the product page. The date or turnaround time is usually shown in the announcement bar.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • I do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are regarded as final. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please let me know within the first 24 hours of ordering.

  • IYour order could be waiting for you at customs. International customers, please contact your customs office to check if your order is waiting for you there.

    If your order does not reach you, it may be returned to me due to abandonment at customs or an incorrect address. Please see section “What if my order is returned to you” below for more information.

    If you have not selected the tracked shipping option at checkout, I will not be able to locate missing orders.

    Please contact me if your order arrives damaged or remains missing. I’ll do my best to help!

  • If any orders are returned to me:

    • Customers can pay shipping again to have an order re-sent to them or,

    • I can refund the order minus the original shipping cost & a 10% restocking fee.

PRODUCTS & PACKAGING

  • Goods are shipped in protective, environmentally friendly packaging with cardboard backing, and I use recyclable materials wherever possible.

    Stickers, postcards and bookmarks are packaged in biodegradable cello bags.

    Please reuse any packaging materials before recycling ☺︎
